What do the cards have to say about my career path? There is going to be a major change happening no later than Apr.30/08. Our VP is retiring. I'm wondering if this will effect me in any major way and if so will it happen quickly or will it take some time? Any insight would be appreciated.

In short, things look to be rough at first. The changes will be big and the company may even lose quite a bit of people.
