Question My husband has been abusive to me over the past 12 years of marriage in several ways including physical, emotional, and verbal. (Not to mention financial and the way he spends money like crazy.) I have been ready to leave him because of his behavior in the past and he always cries, promises to never do it again, and begs me to stay. I have always stayed out of a sense of obligation, guilt, and giving him the benefit of the doubt. This time was no different. Several months back, something he said was the last straw and I felt my love for him die at that time. I told him I had had enough. He cried and begged again, made promises again, and since that time he has tried to make some changes. However, I simply don't love him anymore. I need to know if his abusive ways have ended and if I should stay, or if the abuse will continue and I should move on and not waste anymore of my life in this relationship.
Answer Hello Paula! :)
The first card I pulled is The High Priestess. Inner peace and strength. You will be preoccupied. A passive reaction is best. Let others overreact while you remain calm and sure of the outcome. The answers to all your questions are already inside you-tap into your gut feelings. A mysterious woman may enter your life.
The second card I pulled is the Five of Swords. Put self interest and self-preservations first. You can't be of use to anyone else if you don't look out for yourself. Conflict and hostility defeat and destroy important projects. The outcome may seem unfair. This difficult time will provide insight and growth. Possible illegal or immoral conduct.
The third card I pulled is the Page of Cups. Signifies a male under 30. Direct and brutally honest, works in the creative or artistic field. this man can be moody and very emotional. Sympathizes with others' troubles. Passionate about life. Outgoing and charismatic. May lack social skills or education. This man enters your life without long term effects.
In short, it doesn't look like your husband will be changing anytime soon. Not for the better at least. I am showing that you are strong enough to do what needs to be done if you chose to leave. I am also being shown that the Page will be helping you. This looks to be a child or someone very very close to you that you think of as a child or sibling.
