AboutSnow Expertise My "Modern Oracle" psychic/tarot readings are based on a philosophy of spiritual guidance, empowerment of the individual, and a modern understanding of physics and psychics, space-time and spirituality
After 15+ years and hundreds of readings, I realize that people who are very focused on getting a specific "prediction" are not happy with my readings. If you want a prediction, there are millions of psychics in the world that will be happy to give you one.
I will not.
I believe that predictions rob you of your personal power and make you dependent on getting more and more readings. Predictions do more harm than good, whether they are "accurate" or not.
Remember that old saying: "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, but if you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime."...psychic work is like that. A prediction is just one dead fish. A true, genuine psychic tarot reading will point you in the direction of a feast.
I would rather do ONE sincere reading that helps someone turn their life in a better direction than do a dozen "accurate predictions".
Thank you for reviewing my profile. If this sounds like the kind of reading you are looking for...then I look forward to reading for you! Love and Light to all Baihu Snow.
P.S...a special word about health and relationship questions....
I don't take health questions here (please see my listing in alternative medicine). I believe it is unethical to look at someone's energies without their permission, so relationship questions must focus on YOU, not anyone else. Thank you.

Question I was recently laid off from my first full-time job. My boyfriend just moved to a fairly close large city and would like me to join him out their if I find a job. I honestly want to continue on the particular career track I was laid off from and the economy where I am currently living is plummeting. Perhaps the cards can give me some guidance about staying or leaving my location and even if I am suited for the career I want to pursue. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Answer Hi Christina
Your question gave me such a smile this morning! A large part of intuitive work is helping people realize that thier own intuition about a situation is good, and about validating the answers that people already know deep down. I think that is exactly where you are with this.
My suggestion is this:
Why don't we do a one-card daily meditation reading (since you are most of the way there on your own) and apply a little good old fashioned logic to this delimma too. My instinct is that this is as much logic as psychic, if you know what I mean.
First, the card I pulled for you is the 9 of cups. It is a card of "deep roots" and also "fruition"
I think this strongly reflects the connection you have to your career choice. It is a part of you, how you see yourself, and how you see yourself as a part of the world around you.
An important career lesson that everyone has to learn eventually, too, is the way that career balances with the rest of their life. While there is less of that energy here, it is a small part of the equation too...especially in relationship to your boyfriend.
The 9 of cups shows that you are right in wanting to "follow your bliss"...in other words, if you want to continue in your current career track, and the opportunities to do that are drying up where you are now - then a move is in many ways a "no-brainer". Change is difficult and challenging...but it is also a huge opportunity to follow both the career that you love and the possibility of a closer relationship with your love interest.
Here is where the logic comes in. Maybe thinking through a few key questions might reveal to you the truth that you clearly already know deep down:
You want to keep this career track...that's a given, and your base to work from.
Now lets consider some other details:
what is the market like for your particular career track in the city?
What is the down side to living in the city? Why wouldn't you want to make the move?
Is there a compromise...like moving near the city and your boyfriend in a suburb? How much are you willing to drive / travel...in other words, what defines "near" for you?
What is holding you back or holding you where you are now? What is compelling you forward...what would be the good things about the move?
What is "behind door number 3"...in other words, what OTHER options are available to you that are different? You aren't necessarily locked into either staying where you are or moving to the city in question...you also have the option of moving somewhere else entirely. My hunch is that it would be helpful to you, if you decide to move, to go somewhere where you already know someone who is close to you and willing to help you settle in...like your boyfriend. My hunch is that you wouldn't be as happy moving somewhere totally new where you don't know anyone or don't know the area. I've done that, and it can be a drag until you meet people and learn the area.
So why not look at all three of these options - think or write down all the pros and cons of each. My gut feeling is that one place will be obvious. Once you work through the plus and minus of it all, it will confirm for you what you know deep down and have known all along.
My instinct is that this card's "fruition" shade of meaning confirms your connection to your career track, that you are on the right path in persuing it, even if it means a move to a better job market. This card is also, through its "deep roots" part is reminding you that there is more to life than just work, and that it is important to strike a balance between work, romance, family, spirituality and all those other things that make a life happy and well worth living.
I have to admit, the emphasis is on career right now, and if you want to go gung-ho with that, now would be the time...just don't forget the other because it will turn up later. It almost always does, for everyone.
I certainly wish you all the best. If I'm ever on vacation here at allexperts and can be of service, my low-cost readings are available by e-mail 24/7 at www.modern-oracle-tarot.com.
Thanks again for choosing me to do your reading. Good luck with everything!!
