Hi there, Peter!  The three Cards I drew for you are:

Queen of Swords
Nine of Swords, Reversed
Three of Cups, Reversed

The Queen of Swords reversed represents a woman who is very smart.  She uses her intellect and analyzes situations carefully.  She is tough but fair.

The Nine of Swords reversed means that the situation that was causing nightmares for you is finally starting to ease.   There are still suspicions and doubts but that will start to go away.

The Three of Cups reversed means that you are overindulging.  

The Cards don't appear to be showing a change in your career.  Instead they seem to be saying that the situation which was causing you to consider changing is now going to be easing.  Are you currently working for a woman who is very tough?  If so then it looks like she may be easing up a bit and treating you more fairly.  That will ease some of the stress.  However don't be too quick to celebrate or overdo it.
