Question Hi Marina
I'm a Scorpio born Nov.15, 1960.
I'm wondering if the cards indicate any type of movement or monetary increase in my current position within the organization I have worked for the past 20+ years(Child Care). There will soon be a shift in upper management (fall), and I'm hopeful that this might create an opportunity for myself. Might there be some kind of recognition from this organization or should I consider seeking employment elsewhere? Obviously, I love what I do, I just sometimes get very frustrated with the lack of opportunities and the ceiling that has been put on our wages.
Any guidance would be very helpful
Thanks
Sue
Answer Hi Sue,
I've looked at this several different ways and no matter how I look at it; it seems like there's not alot of growth coming in here at this job you're in presently. (looked at both the energy of you and the situation and the cards --actually with the cards I did two different reads but still there's a block coming in there)......My feelings are that there's some upper intertwined energy going on there and I don't feel room for you moving up. Something is just not clicking there.
The card pulled is Five of Science (Division), when reversed: Meeting an overwhelming problem by focusing on its' component parts. Cutting yourself loose from mental hang-ups and personal entanglements. The ability to keep things separate in your mind, and to avoid conflict of interest. Swift action when faced with an impossible choice. Possibility for a new outlook. In the creative process: Caught in your own net of plans or scheme. Divide the problem into smaller segments for greater freedom of action.
If the new management is a friend of yours' or there's some kind of 'friendship' involved here, I think there's going to be some issues. (and resentment on your side).
Hope that helps......if I were you, at this point, I'd consider looking for another job for growth. Things can change however, and nothing is set in stone.
Take care,
Marina
