Question I have a green, yello, and orange color tat, I want to cover it up, but if I can't I want to change the color, is it possible to change the orange to purple and yellow to pink? If not would it work better if I did white over it first then color?

The yellow to pink might work as long as it is a darker, more intense pink but the purple pigment over the orange pigment would only make it look a brownish color. As for white.... Tattoo pigments are transluscent which means that darker colors will always show through lighter colors. Putting white over any color will just give you a muted version of the original color.
