heres the pic of my tattoo... it looks worst because of the flash.. the skin is realy shiny and the dead skin is like glued on the tattoo.

My advice is still the same, give your body some time to heal without any additional ointments, scrubbing, anything. The shiny parts are where the dead skin came off before it was time- it is still healing in those parts. If you try to pull/exfoliate the skin off it likely will scar. If it has scarred already, it still is relatively easy to tattoo over and I wouldn't stress.
Just leave it be and the body will calm down and heal itself, then in a few months you can think about touching up where the ink came out.
