Question
QUESTION: I want to get a tattoo around a portait of my parents and want to border it with a dragon that symboizes protection.
can you suggest a picture or wot coloour thay are?

ANSWER: Leeane-

This is not really a question I can answer.  There are so many different kinds of dragons from around the world, each with different meanings, attributes and body features as well as colors.

I am not a dragon expert so I recommend you do some research and narrow down the style (Chinese, English, European, etc,) and see which works for you both visually and meaning. Because this is a mythical creature, anything goes- you may even have one made just for you.

good luck

QUESTION: in reponse to you answer i was looking along the lines of and English dragon in a circular posture big enough to put a protait in the middle of it. and wot colour would symbolize protection?

Answer
Leeane-

As I said, I'm not a dragon expert or even a color expert.  I'd recommend you find someone (not necessarily a tattoo artist) who is more versed in dragon lore to help decide color.  You might even look for someone who specializes in color symbolism/theory.

Good Luck!
