Question can you get a penis tattoo if you have herpes and gential warts?

Not sure, I'd discuss this with your medical provider. I know tattoos on lips can cause outbreaks of herpes so I'd think it is the same with genital herpes so you'd need to get a prescription a couple of weeks before. Of course no tattoos if there is any kind of outbreak currently.
Talk to artists in your area who have done genital tattooing, as well as your doctor, about what they recommend.
