I am writing to you to ask as I have an online business I suppose to provide my service over all states of the US. How I pay taxes?. How the IRS identify the source of the incomes, if they are from NJ or CA??. Can I apply for my LLC in Nevada and do online business in all the US??. What happens with the taxes in Nevada?. Regards,
Ignacio.
Answer Ignacio,
Thanks for your question.
The IRS is not concerned with identifying the source of the income, just that you report it.
You can set up your LLC in whatever state you desire (simplest if you do your state of residence), you will pay state taxes based on your state of residence.
