Question
I am a single member LLC in the state of New Mexico.  I am 65, thus elgible for Medicare.  
If my wife is an employee of the company, can the company pay for her and her dependents health insurance?

Answer
Hi Keith yes you can

     set up a cafeteria employee benefit plan ,under  105HRA, for your employees ,In this case your wife


There is a company called Base  that for an annual fee of $199 will set up the plan and more importantly will administer it and keep the record for compliance
