Tax Law (Questions About Taxes)/per diem

Can a company tax Ur per diem in Nevada

I'm sorry I do not understand the question. Could you be more specific? Let me make an assumption and then you can tell me if I am correct.

If you are being paid a Per Diem wage for living expenses, meals etc and your employer is including that in your taxable salary, then you may deduct the allowable amounts on your taxr return, assuming you itemize deductions.

Without more details, this is about as far as I can go with your question.
