Question
Whatis the church daycare & preschool..exempted from?
Do the health department and fire department have to come inspect?

Answer
Your tax question is too broad for me to give a specific answer.  But generally if the daycare is operated by the church.  It would have the same exclusions as the church.  However, if the daycare is ran by an individual at the church building it would not have the church exclusion.

I can answer question regarding tax matter.  I have not a clue about health and safety issues.  Those matters are not tax issues.
