Question When does an LLC have to file their taxes by?
Also when are W-2's and 1099's due out to our employees, subcontractors etc..
Answer If you are a single member LLC, then you file a Schedule C with your personal tax return, which is due on April 15. If you file as a corporation, the return is due March 15. Partnership returns are due on April 15th also.
W-2's and 1099 must be mailed by the last day of January.
