Answer
Hurray, you are one of the first people to actually consider a Real Corporation, as your primary choice. After pounding that drum for over 5 years in this service and over 20 years in general, I am going to take at least some indirect credit for your choice.

You did not tell the type of business you are going into, nor many other details, so that I can give you specific answers, feel free to call me and we'll discuss your circumstances. But I can give some general recommendations.

The first is: go into this business to be profitable. Don't spend any money you don't need to. Taxes don't exist until you are profitable. So don't waste time and effort worrying about things that don't exist yet.

The second, if you are willing to do the first is: do that business as a Real Corporation. The taxes are lower, the deductions are plentiful, the audits are fewer, you will be better respected as a Real Corporation by your clients and vendors.

Beyond that, the variable kick in and the strategies are many.

Call me.
