Here are 3 well known websites that should be able to meet your needs.
Answer For beginners I would recommend Sencha. It has a nice full, mellow character that is easy to enjoy. That said you should try to experience as many different types of teas as you can. That will give you knowledge on what's out there and what teas better suit your taste and perferences.
