Experience I have been an avid tea drinker most of my adult life and have travelled extensively in China, India and Japan. During my travels I came to understand how tea is grown and processed.

Question Hello
l heard drinking tea can make you lose weight, so l start drinking tea everday, l use regular lipton tea and l drink them hot and l add sugar to make it taste sweet. l wanted to lose 12-15 pounds. Can you suggest me what kind of tea that can make you lose wieght instantly? l liked them drinking hot so putting sugar on the tea is it bad? am not sure if you suppose to drink tea only with water plain or add sugar or honey? hope to hear from you soon...... thank you ......

Wu long (oolong) tea is a proven factor in losing weight when combined with realistic diet (more fruits and vegetables in your diet and purified water) and moderate exercise. (Check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program).
Drink Wu long tea four times per day and avoid sugar at all costs. If you require a sweetener, use honey. Remember, gradual weight loss is always the best.
