Question
Hi,
My family and I enjoy tea. I know there are health benefits using
tea as a beverage. I am taking a writing class and would like to
write an article about tea. My focus would be on the variety of
flavors available as well as the health benefits. I would like to be
able to quote you in the article with regard to the health benefits
of tea. If that would be okay with you would you mind answering
a couple of questions about tea? Thanks so much for any help
you can provide.

1. What kind of tea has the best health benefits and why?
2. Is there actual research to prove these benefits and where
might I find this research?
3. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Answer
If you do a google search for health benefits of tea you will have more information that you can possibly read. The latest studies are finding that all types of true teas, Black, Green, Oolong and White have very similar health benefits. There are more studies that have been done on green teas and these show promise for cancer fighting and weight lose but new studies show that black tea also can help prevent cancer. I would just go thru the articles and you will have all the info you need.
