Question
Hi Candie, Do unopened tea bags ever spoil?
I have some tea bags that are about 4 years old in the orginial packs, like when you buy a small box of Celestial Seasonings tea. So I didn't know if they ever spoiled. Thank you Kim

Answer
There are so many variables like the type of tea,the packaging, and the fact that the might have been as much as 2 years old when you purchased it (most grocery store tea is at least 2 years old). But tea never truely spoils it just looses its flavor. Try brewing one of the teabags and see how it tastes. You never know it could be just fine.
