Question why does my "sweet tea" turn cloudy after i refridgerate it? Thanks, Dan
Answer Certain teas have higher levels of tannic acid in them and when those teas are chilled the tanic acid clouds the tea. You can change the brand or type of tea you use until you find one that does not have as much tannic acide. I suggest staying away from Indian teas such as darjeeling and assam. I suggest Ceylon teas.
