I purchased the tea and drink it faithfully for a full month and I must say I have been disappointed. I read the testimonies and I have lost one pound in a month and I exercise and work out three times a week. No big difference in inches either. I have to believe it is just another gimmick. I love tea but it is pretty expensive to do nothing but quench my thirst.

In fact there are scientific studies pointing to the effectiveness of wu long tea as a weight loss aid. A 2003 Japanese study concludes that wu long tea is more effective than green tea in raising the metabolic rate. Subjects who drank wu long tea experienced a 10% increase in metabolic rate that lasted for a period of two hours. In comparison, green tea raised the metabolic rate by only 4%.

I can tell from my own experiences that the drinking of wulong tea will curb you hunger to the point that you will have to remind yourself to eat. I put in a mug and pour coffee over it and drink it out of the mug for the better part of the day and when it's time to eat I'm not even a little bit hungry. Works for me!!!

I have been using this tea for the past two weeks now and have lost around 3 lbs so far. I am on diet and exercise regularly which I used to do before drinking this tea. the difference is I feel whatever I lost, I am not gaining back. Also this tea smells good and my skin feels better lately. I have ordered one month supplies, lets see how this works

Same as any Asian tea....its good for you. Wu-long is just a BS term to get you to spend more money. Go to ANY Asian market and you will find Oolong for about $3 for 100 tea bags! The wu-long dipshits should be shot on site.
