Green tea is now well known for its many health benefits.
My Question. what is the best way to buy Green tea to get to get the most of it's health benefits?
Answer
First stick to loose tea and the best quality green teas come from Japan. The Japanese green teas are the greenest because they have the best production methods. Also you need to make sure you are getting fresh tea. Anything that you buy in a grocery store or health food store is guaranteed to be old, any where from 2-3 years old. The distribution chains they go thru add years to the time takes to get to the end customer. My tea company imports directly from the source so our Japanese green teas were in Japan no more than 3 months ago.
