Question I want to venture into using the wild & domestic plants that I can identify that grow around my garden as teas.
Any google search I do on them though makes me not bother, because they all talk about using them as medicins & I think well I shouldnt drink that because I dont have that illness &/or I might OD on the medicine.
please advise.
Answer Hi Tony!
Thank you for your question. Common garden herbs such as different mints have been used for making herbal beverages for enjoyment. Mint is said to calm the stomach.
It is important to note, that you do not want to consume any plants that are not familiar to you, and that are grown in a garden using pesticides or has in the past.
I hope this was helpful. :)
Thank you for your question and be sure to come by again!
