Question
I don't need to loose a lot of weight and have tried shedding some pounds by
drinking caffeine free herbal tea. When I heard of Wu Long I wanted to find
out if it works any better. There was no mention of caffeine content on the
package, but I knew after just drinking the tea for one day that it was not
caffeine free. I can't drink coffee late in the afternoon and expect to sleep, but
I do drink a cup to wake me up in the morning. When I drink Swum Long tea,
it not only wakes me up it makes me feel like I am on speed. If it's true that it
has less caffeine than coffee, why does this tea affect me so much more than
than coffee?

Answer
It sounds as though you have a sensitivity to caffeine.  Perhaps the coffee you usually make is very weak.  How long do you let the tea steep before drinking?  You should only wait 2-4 minutes, otherwise you will make the brew too strong.  I drink 2-3 cups everyday of Wu Long tea from Infusium Tea, Inc. and do not have problems sleeping.  I do not drink the tea after 4:00 pm to prevent sleep problems.  If you think that you are caffeine-sensitive, just speak with a healthcare professional for advice.  Wu Long tea should not affect you in the way that you describe.  Visit www.infusium-tea.com for the freshest Wu Long tea on the web.  Perhaps, your previous source of Wu Long tea is not as good.  If you have further questions on this matter, feel free to contact me again!
