Question
Does drinking pre-sweetened (with sugar, not artificial sweetners) green tea negate the effects of green tea?

Answer
For what purpose are you drinking green tea?  The more processing that tea goes through, the less likely it is to have as much potency from its beneficial components.  Sugar may negate many of the benefits of tea because the tea may end up being used by the body to act against the sugar instead of other imbalances already in the body.  The fresher the tea the better.  Let me know what you want out of green tea so that I can help you further.
