whats the differant between the oregenal tea(red)and the green tea ? and whats the best herbals we can use with the tea .
Answer Red tea is confusing term these days because it used to be the chinese term for black tea and now it is the term used for the herbal Rooibos from South Africa. Green tea has been heated to stop oxidization and black tea has been encouraged to oxidize and turn black. I am not much for herbals but there are so many like mints, balms, verbena that can be added to tea for added flavor.
