Question
Is it true that certain teas aid in improving skin appearance like texture and complexion?
If so, could you please recommend a few that might be easily available?
I am 26 years of age and have a mild problem of acne.
Thanks
P.S. I reside in Florida

Answer
Drinking tea can be good for your complexion but for the best results you need to use it topically on your skin after each time you wash it. I would suggest a green tea and make sure it is just pure green tea and not some herbal blend. Just brew it and let it cool and use it like a rinse.
