Subject: wu loong tea

Question
how many times a day should i drink wulong tea to have the maximum effect and i already bought the tea bags should i buy the tea loose ,in their site they said it has the same benefits

Answer
I am not an expert on wu loong tea but generally speaking loose tea leaves are usually much better in quality than those you find in tea bags. Some of the best wu loong teas I have tried are made from tips consisting of 1 bud, 1 leaf or at the very least whole leaves. Broken leaves or fannings are at the lower end of quality. Spread out the leaves after brewing and this will reveal an aspect of their quality.
