Question
How will you meet the needs of all the other students in your classroom and teach then at each of their ability levels?

Answer
Jessica,

Teachers do their best to evaluate each student and then create groupings in order to meet a variety of ability levels.  This strategy is usually used when teaching math and reading.  Other subjects are taught in more of a whole group setting with the teacher adding activities or assignments for students at both lower and higher levels.  Additionally, students with special needs (high or low) once assessed, often are involved in additional classes that further meet their needs ex: advanced placement, gifted and talented, special education, speech therapy, etc.etc.

Best wishes on your research.

Patricia
