Yes I am interested in making an educational software but I really don't know where to start can you give me any information that you have because I really have some great ideas.

Hi!
There are many sites in English language that explains how to make e-learning context or course in a few steps. Since I live in Croatia I do have some in Croatian language but I doubt it would help you!

Some of teachers I work with made a teaching program using PowerPoint for example. I don't know what kind of sw would you like to make (using programming language?)
