Question
I have a couple of questions and can't get an answer from anywhere.

I am a B.Sc from India under 10+2+3 system which makes me an undergraduate according to the study system here.I want to become an elementary school teacher for which I don't want to spend my next 5yrs in college. Please advice me on the following

Which is a shorter route for me to get the certification in Florida
Is online education system good enough for my goal as I cannot attend a full time college with my 2 kids.
Which is a good online university for my needs.
Thankyou

Answer
I am sorry, but I do not know anything about University training in India.  You can easily find out what is needed for certification in Florida, USA by contacting the State of Florida Department of Education.  Their website has all of the information you requested and is easily accessed at
www.fldoe.org.

In terms of good on line Universities, I would also suggest that you contact them (Florida Department of Education) for a good University whose credits they recognize as legitimate.  Before enrolling in an on-line program, be sure that the classes you take will count toward your certification and that the University is a reputable one.

Best wishes on your pursuit.

Patricia
