Question Where can I find samples speeches for student council for children in the third grade? I need this asap.

Answer I have no idea where you would find a sample speech. Surely there is a reason why he/she has been selected to speak and surely that person (who selected him/her to speak) can help in determining a topic (unless it is a "vote for me" speech that is extremely basic). Most importantly, a speech given by a child needs to be written by the child in order for it to be given with the authenticity such an honor deserves.
I am sure the child will do an excellent job on his/her own in that anyone in leadership should be able to think and express themselves independently.
