Answer The characteristics of a good teacher is one who is well prepared, genuinely cares for their students and seeks to meet the individual needs of his/her students. He/She also is a good communicator, well organized, open-minded and is a good team player in that he/she can work well with alot of different people. He/she also must be dedicated and have a good work ethic knowing that being a teacher takes a lot of extra time beyond the school day.
