Question
Hi,
My boys are seventh and eighth grade. I decided to home school them.  They are good in grammer.  But when they have a question are don't get a concept, I can't always help them.
Is there a teaching c.d. out there that can help them with this and also strenghthen their grammer and writting skills?

Thank you,  Robin

Answer
The only thing I really know to help them with grammar and writing is to read and write. By writing a lot, and doing multiple drafts of their writing, they will learn to use language better. Research shows that direct practice of isolated grammar concepts does not contribute all that much to better grammar in writing.

Sorry I don't have a great answer for you... really practice is the answer.
