Question
I feel I am an intelligent girl and can perform much better if I can get rid of procrastination. When I sit to study, something else occupies my mind and 'opening the book' is delayed. Is there a way out for me?

Answer
Dear Dinsa
Thank you for your question. This is similiar to the issue of lack of concentration. A procrastination pattern develops when we are reacting to an unresolved issue or feelings that we are trying to ignore or get away from.
It would help to have someone to talk to about what it is that occupies your mind and be able to effectively release some or all of the feelings associated with the issue.
Until you get someone to guide you through that kind of emotional release, the procrastination pattern will persist.
Hope this helps.
Dr.Marilyn Robb
