Dear Mr. Beauchamp, in your opinion, what would be the best tech stock for someone with limited funds and less experience to invest in? Or would it even be a tech stock?

I would not ever recommend a singular stock of any sector to a person. I believe that people should have at least 10 different stocks to start to spread the risk. You might want to look over the free website of http://wfnn.info and see the mutual fund section.
