Question Quick question: Where can I find a list of the shareholders and bondholders for a given public company?
Thank you,

Answer Law requires companies to disclose the 5%+ shareholders. You can get them on any big website like yahoo finance.
You might be able to get a list of registered shareholders from the company's IR dept. They have one, but it is only for registered shareholders not the ones held in street name at brokers' offices.
I don't think there is any requirement to reveal bondholders but you can again try the IR dept.
