Question
Hey Sandi,

I am 16 years old and in the 11th grade. There is this girl in my class that I really like, and I am pretty sure that she likes me, too. She used to give all sorts of hints that she liked me back in 9th grade, but I haven’t had a class with her until this year. This year, she is always laughing at my jokes, stealing glances at me while I am not looking, and always seems to be really into whatever I have to ask her. I would love to get to know her better, but she always seems to have a lot of kids around her. I want to find out more about her when nobody else can distract us. Also, I have no dating experience whatsoever, but I do not feel as if asking her out will be a problem if I get to know her better. I don’t know how I can get to hang out with her alone, considering that we aren’t close friends. I don’t even know when, let alone if I should ask her out. Can you please help me?
P.S. This is a fake e-mail address. If you could post your answer on this website under your list of answers, that would be great. Thanks for everything!

Answer
can you find a moment to maybe ask her for her im or phone number? at least that way you can talk to her when no one else is around. try for the phone if you can. talking that way would be much better then imi would say just go for it! what have you got to loose? good luck :)
