Answer
Hi,
Justin I think I remember your posts. Talking it through to help handle those feelings can be done with many different people. When no one has anyone to go to I recommend a psychologist or an advance type of case a psychologist, however, in your case probably the following would be OK:

Hotline for teens--- Some of them are good--- State your state and I'll check more into one for you
Parents--- Usually good(sometimes not, yet usually good)
Trusted teacher(I like this one, yet again not always perfect)
Friends(depends on your friends)
Depends on the person, yet sometimes one recommends the "person in question"(I just read something about unclosed feelings a few months ago where they recommend the person. Do I recommend this? Not always as this could cause problems)--- I can try to see if I can find what I read and send it to you if you want.
Aunts, uncles, family(usually good)
Yes even our workers here are sometimes good--- You can work with me if you want, yet I'm so overloaded here and I have to tell you I'm sorry about my delays

In some cases using friends or such to talk about feelings is a bad idea, yet in other cases it's good.

One idea that a psychology friend of mine promotes is what I call "voice recordings". OK not using a technical term, yet this is when you record your thoughts onto a tape or such and play it back and try to remove feelings like this. Sometimes it's not recommended, yet sometimes it works very well.(Today we use computers or paper, not the old tapes) --- (funny how tapes are no longer )

If you want me to pull up the "unclosed feelings" information I can see what I can do. I just cannot do it today as I am overloaded here with posts. I am so sorry about this.

Please ask follow ups

P.S. The sports team idea is not always true and this is why we need to explore feelings sometimes to find truth. I however know unclosed feelings do annoy people a lot. I miss a friend of mine very much who left me after high school. The real reason is because one day I saw them everyday and next day I never saw them. It's so common to hear about such
