Question well me and my boyfriend went out for about 5 months and i know thats nothing to most people but to me it was forever.. I really do belive that i loved him.. I know for a fact we would have never broken up but alot of bad things had happened and we kind of had no choice about this... We promised each other that we was going to wait on each other.. I had never promised this certain thing to a guy before (sex) but i did promise that to him.. He said he was a virgin and I am to so of course that was a very big thing to me.. It ment everything.. You should be happy to know i didn't do that with him.. But anyways i started talking to this other guy but i knew he would never amount to riley.. But i just needed someone to lean on.. Now riley has this other girlfriend and he just acts like shes the love of his life.. Everytime i see a pic of them together i just start crying.. And i hate it cause i want to be over him so bad but i guess im not.. I mean he even cried when we broke up but all of a sudden he said i was a whore and was like convinced that i cheated on him which i never did.. now he acts like he hates me... Is it because he really belevies that or do you think hes just saying stuff to his self to get over me? Well now im dating this other guy and hes everything i basically wanted so i dont know why i keep thinking about it... I can honestly say i hate doing it so i dont know why i keep thinking about him all the time.... I would GREATLY appreciate it if you would please help me all you could.. Thanks!
Answer i feel for you i really do. sometimes it can be very hard to get over your first love and especially in your case because it sounds like he is being a real jerk. i would just try to think of this a good learning experience and how some people can just be idiots. i think it would probably help you to write a letter or send an email to this guy and just let him know how you feel. let him know you did not cheat on him and you do not appreciate him saying those things. let him know that you really loved him and he blew it. let him know how you felt about him and how you really dislike what he is doing now. lay it all out there and then let it go. if he tries to contact you dont talk to him. say hello and be nice to him but do not get into any kind of conversation with him. eventually you will get over him and find a guy who will treat you right. good luck and please let me know if you want to talk more.
