Question
well first off im 15. about 4 months ago i went to my friends church and i saw this guy that id really want to go out with, but i was to shy to talk to him. so then about 2 months ago i went back and i saw him again. he's 16 by the way. i noticed him glancing at me a few times but yet again i still didnt say anything to him and ive been regretting it ever since. ive never had a boyfriend before and i think i didnt say anything because i dont know what to say to him... ive heard that you'll find someone when you least expect it, and i feel like this is him. i really want to go out  with him but im scared that he wont like me or something [im not really pretty or anything & guys at my school make fun of me a lot] i dont know what to do & i need your help. sorry this is so long but im desperate. please help me!

Answer
i wouldnt just walk up to him and ask him out. i would start with just saying hello. keep it simple and short. think about what you want to say to him ahead of time. think about the questions you may want to ask him. again keep it simple and short for the first few times. then you can start asking him more personal questions like how old he is, what school he goes to. good luck and please let me know if you want to talk more
