2 days ago i graduated,and i really like one girl and wanna be with me.The problem is this,i am to shy and with my experience
now i was rejected by any girl and i am 19 years old. She is 18 and was at the same school as me.When we was on party for graduate and there i dance with her a bit and because my best friend know that i love her and told me Go and tell her then i said okey.Then my body start to shaking,my hands ware with water,felling cold feet, and block myself.Fear of rejection and frustrated were the key to stop me.I know that she is not the last girl on the planet,but the last two girls who hurt me and i am so sensitive to ask again.
Answer practice makes perfect. continue to go up to girls and just talk to them. say hello how are you. start with small talk for now. think about what you want to say to them first before you go up to them. tell yourself you can do this and just go do it. eventually you will get better and less nervous. good luck and please let me know if you want to talk more.
