Experience I've always given people advice, its something i'm good at, i'm gay and have been with my boyfriend for 3 years,i don't think our relationships perfect but its healthy. I give my female friends advice and they say i'm good because i'm honest, its not always the thing they want to hear but in the end it makes for happiness. My relationship started out long distance and we now live together, so i can give personal advice on a lot of issues which i have dealt with. I'm a nice, polite guy and i'm applying as i really want to help people with personal issues.
Education/Credentials well i attended and passed secondary school (high school) but apart from that its just the school of life, i feel i naturally understand and relate to people, something no education could get you.
Question When I was in Grade 6 I met this guy his name is Jordan, We became REALLY close friends, Him, me, and my friends Sarah and Michelle. All my other friends had crush's on him, but not me, he was more of a brother. In the beginning of grade 7 we were still close but at the end we almost never talked. But when Sarah moved away I realized how much I was missing not being friends with him. So we started hanging out again in grade 8. And now I am going to grade 9 and we still aren't as close as in grade 6. But we are better then in grade 7. But My problem is the following:
1. He is my close friend.
2. My Best Friend Likes him.
3. He has a Girlfriend.
4. They have been dating for 2 months now.
5. He seems to be drifting away, fast.
6. I feel like I am Smothering him.
7. I haven't talked to him in a month.
8. When ever I go down to get him, He is either with his Girlfriend or out with friends,
9. And if you haven't guessed by now, I like him. Allot.
10. And I would like to date him,

The only answer i can give you is to be honest with him, when he's alone tell him you like him, tell him that you would like to go out on a date... don't frighten him away with the whole "I've liked you for ages, i keep a lock of your hair under my pillow" lol. You should just say to him, " i know you have a girlfriend but i think it's only fair to be honest with you, i like you and if theres any chance i would like to go out sometime." Then leave him with a little time to think about it. The only way your gonna find out the honest answer is by asking an honest question.
