AboutRyan Expertise I can answer questions about long distance relationships, high school/college relationships, crushes, jealousy, heart break, love at a young age, sex at a young age and talking about marriage when you're in your teens. I can also help if your parents dissaprove of your bf/gf. I know all the lingo, I know Facebook, IMing, MySpace, etc., so hearing these words won't be new to me.
Experience I have been through numerous relationships, long distance relationships, and loving ones. I know how to handle every situation in the manner it should be.
Education/Credentials In college for engineering, have taken numerous psychology/sociology classes in college, as well as having a mother who is a psychiatrist.
Question I have two questions that I'm hoping you might be able to answer. I have been crushing on this guy for 3 years and he is in most of my classes. He never talks to me and is a major jerk to me when his buddies are around. However, when he doesn't know anybody in his classes, he sits by me and won't go or do anything unless he sees me do it. He'll take my books and put them into his back pocket so i'll have to get it out, stand in front of the door and not let me out no matter how many times i ask him, ect. Is he trying to flirt with me? He also stares at me when I walk through the halls and he ends up slamming into something. Does that mean he might be interested? Could you please clear up his behavior patterens cuz it's really starting to get to me.
I have never been kissed before either and I'm really scared that i'll do something wrong. Every time my date leans into kiss me, I pull away becase I'm so nervous. I don't have any idea how to kiss either. it looks easy until the moment it's suppossed to happen. what if i do something wrong!
Please help me......
Answer Amanda,
It sounds like he does like you, but is being shy. Guys in their teens act like this, especially in front of their friends. They don't want to be made fun of by them, teased, etc., so they put up walls to hide their insecurities.
As for the kissing, you're thinking way too much about it. Let it happen, don't pull away, and as soon as it does happen, you'll see how easy it really is.
