Question I am 17 and i got this girl's phone number, she's 16, and i have called her a couple of times, and i asked her out on a date and she said she wanted to get to know me through texting or calling before we ever actually hung out together, so i don't know if that is weird, but i was wondering what to text her or what to say when i call her

It seems a little odd to me as its always more difficult to connect over phone calls and text. But as this is what she wants i guess you have to respect that, Its the old cliche but really just act like yourself and say what you'd usually say as you need her to like you for who you are instead of her falling for the boy your pretending to be!
