Expertise
I am a teenager myself, so I can relate to most questions a troubled teen may ask. I can answer questions like: "What does he/she mean when they said this?" or questions like: "What should I do about this?"

Experience
I have seen and helped loved ones through many teen dating problems myself so I am quite experienced in this area (If I do say so myself ^^), I know how to break up with people gently, and how to go up to someone alone. I would be glad to help anyone I can.

Question
ok so i have been going out with this girl for about 2 months, we both really
like each other but she is scared of going on a date just me and her, she
doesn't want to tell anyone we are dating. she is really nice but thinks i don't
deserve her, and said i should go find another girl but i told told her, if i liked
someone else then i would be with them not you, i really like you so that is
why i am here now. my question is, how do i build up her confidence to get
her to come on a date just me and her.

Answer
Hey there,
Ah, confidence comes with time and practise on her part. All you can do is show that you are patient and willing to wait. Every now and then, compliment her, and show that you love her. Eventually, she will be able to come out of her shell. Slowly wittle down the group dates, and get your buddy that has a girlfriend to come to the movies or something, with just the four of you. But, just be patient, and she'll shed her shell soon enough. Good luck!

-Jo =)
