Question
What should I do?I want to go out with her.
There's a girl that lives about 35 minutes away,and I like her.She's my cousin's wife's sister.She's 16 and I'm 15 1/2.I have her as a friend on facebook.

Answer
You're dealing with a few things that are generally "no no's" in dating:

1.  She lives too far, and you probably don't drive yet.  Even if you did/do, distance is a huge obstacle at any age and even more so at your age.

2.  She's related to family, and if you dated her and it ever turned sour, it could affect more than just you.

Those aren't deal breakers.  If it was me and I felt strongly enough, I'd ask her out.  Don't use facebook!!!  Summon all your courage and call her.  Important conversations deserve the warmth of at least the human voice, but your best option is to ask her out "in person."

Good luck!

Experience

Today 1 in 5 sexually active people has HPV (linked to cancer and genital warts) and 1 in 4 has Herpes. 90% of girls who do NOT use condoms become pregnant each year, and AIDS cases are on the rise. Those who do not have sex will not have to deal with these issues, nor will 99% of those who use condoms correctly and consistently. In short, abstain from sex or use condoms - and use them correctly. Parents of adolescent and teen girls should research Gardasil, a vaccine against many forms of HPV. You may not think your daughter will be sexually active, but this will also offer her certain health protection in the event of rape - or should she become sexually active.
