I wouldn't go as far as saying you are a pervert, however what you are doing may be illegal. I don't promote a 13 or even a 14 year old to date someone of your age. The law varies per location, yet in some areas this is illegal.

If you have intercourse with her, it may be illegal. Even if it's not the picture of a "pervert" could come into play. Why do you want to have intercourse with her at this age? Why do you like her? Have you learned about the sex risks? Talk to a doctor about such. Dating at 14 may be illegal. Can I ask where you live?
