Question Hello, Dan.
My name is Lance, I'm 18, and my girlfriend is 15, almost 16. We started dating not too long ago, and I just turned 18 about 2 months back. We've been kissing and all of the normal stuff, and I like to take it slow. I was wondering that, if we both think we're ready, can we start making out? Nothing past first base, of course, but I just want to cover my bases. Should I wait until she's 16 before taking it up that notch, or is it okay to go right on ahead? I live in Florida, by the by, if that affects anything.
Thank you very much for your time, and look forward to your response.

Answer Hi,
If you attempt to have sex with her, at age 15, in MOST places last time I checked this is illegal. It is also foolish to make out or have intercourse with her at such an age. On a side note, check dating laws in your area. Dating at 15 may be in it self illegal.
Please ask follow ups. I think the age difference is something that is not good here and I don't recommend her to date you
I don't give legal advice here and the above is not legal advice. I should add you should talk to a doctor about sex risks with her. I had a friend here who just had a child because they had intercourse and their protection wasn't good enough.
On a side note, last time I checked the law in your state "oral sex" is illegal even at 16.
I should post this third party website(laws may not be up to date and it's always good to check with a lawyer in your area).
Basically if I read the above site correctly it's illegal for you to make out with her. The above site is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer. The laws do change, so it's best to talk to a lawyer over web based advice. I have no legal degree and my advice is not legal advice.
This is another third party website that mentions how your action could be illegal. Again not legal advice:
