Expertise
I can answer many questions in this area. I can help with asking someone out, getting over a breakup, and much more. If you are questioning yourself as to whether or not what you're doing is right or not, please feel free to ask me. I know much about teenage dating, considering I still go through many of the issues myself. I love helping other people, and there is no question that I will not attempt to answer.

I am currently a Jr. in High School. At the end of school, I hope to go into the field of Psychology to learn more about people and issues they face.

I have some educational awards, as well as other ones as well. I always look forward to earning more awards.

Question
thanks for the help, but I'm to shy to do anything, thats why I'm trying to forget him

Answer
Hello Lara.  I'm not sure if this is a question; but I want to help you for future too, so I'll treat it like one..  Lets see..

Actually:  I'll throw in a couple things, and  I'll let our Experts deal with this "shyness" problem.

My Advice:
#1- Just say this to yourself when you want to talk to someone and you're too shy to..  Think to yourself "He's not going to bite my head off",, and  "this isn't the worst thing that can happen".
#2-Write him a letter asking for his e.mail if he has one, or something like that.. Then afterwards; have a friend give it to him.

For Expert advice: please follow these intructions:  Go to our AllExperts Main Menu-->Teens-->Teen Advice-->Increasing Self-Esteem.

Good Luck and I hope this helps a little.  Please feel free to Ask Follow-Up Questions as often as you like, and question me about anything, anytime in the future..                 --Matt--
